The big boy Matt Short had a bellowing dry heave after the WOD yesterday.  Most normal people listen to their body when extreme discomfort starts talking to them.  They slow down and wait to feel comfortable before proceeding with their workout.  Not Matt.  This guy has the pain threshold of a rabid dog.  We were ready with the camera waiting for the projectile, but he was able to hold it down.  Way to push the limit.
