No conditioning today.  Work on gymnastic skills, accessory exercises, extra mobility, ect.  We are going to take care of the conditioning fully tomorrow.

LIz trying to cut down the burpee penalty by doing them before changing out of her work clothes.  Please make an effort to be on time.  It is disruptive to the flow of the class if you are late.  On time means early.  If you are more than 5 minutes late, you know the drill.  We do understand that life happens and you will get held up from time to time.  In the rare event that this happens, suck it up and do your burpees like Liz.
