It was a doosy yesterday. First round, not a problem. By the second round your thinking this is going to suck. After the third round, sick to your stomach. The fourth round leaves you sick and nauseated. One more to go, don't blow it now. Sprint intervals with full recovery allow us to improve the anaerobic energy pathway that is so important to your CrossFit WODs.
