You all are doing a great job hitting the WODs hard and being consistent.  It is time to take a look at what you are doing to maintain your flexibility and muscle balance.  MaD will be adding one more workshop to the schedule before they take off to New Zeland.  The Body Maintenance Workshop will focus on stretching and foam rolling techniques.  The workshop will be held on Saturday September 12th at 10:00 AM right after the 8:30 AM class.  The cost will be $25 for members and $50 for non-members and will include your very own foam roller to take home.  Everyone should have a foam roll in their home.  Sign up in the gym or email me at justin@crossfiteastsac.com.
