30 Double Unders
400m/300m Row
12 Burpees Over Rower
Rest While Partner Goes

This is great for anybody who has trouble eating breakfast. Make it on Sunday, and have breakfast for the week. I made it last week and it was perfect with my Bulletproof coffee. Sweet, salty, delicious. Here is the finished product:
