Breakin’ Down The Fuzz

AMRAP 3 Minutes:
5/2 Muscle Ups
7 Hang Squat Snatch 95/65
9 Burpee
Rest 1 Minute and Repeat for 5 total cycles

Why do we do all this stretching and rolling?  Well if you want to keep your body moving properly… or for most of you get your bodies moving properly, you need to break up the fuzz.  The following video which has been circulating the CrossFit community lends some insight on what is happening to your bodies when your sitting in that desk chair 10 hours a day.
