Sweat Angels

Relay WOD In Teams Of 3,
3 Rounds For Time:
Run 400m and tag your partner
15 DB Thrusters 50/35
15 Burpees
Rest until you are tagged again

*Teammate #1 starts the run followed by DB thrusters.  When #1 finishes their run, they tag teammate #2 to start the run and then #1 performs their thrusters and burpees.  Teammate #2 will finish the run and tag teammate #3 to start the run while #2 does their thrusters and burpees.  When someone finishes burpees, they rest till the next teammate tags them.  When #3 finishes their last burpee of their 3rd round, the WOD is over.  If a teammate is still doing burpees when the runner gets there to tag them, the runner may help their teammate finish the burpees, but cannot start thrusters till all 15 burpees are done.
