I mentioned in yesterday's post that Brooke qualified for the Southwest regional, but this truly deserves its own post. Brooke took 13th place out of 111 of the most bad ass females on this planet. With just over 1 year of CrossFit experience to pull that off here in the Nor Cal region is quite an amazing performance. You should have seen it when she hit the 150# squat clean and jerk, what a lift.
Brooke hits every lift and every WOD like a rabid dog and it is paying off. What's even more awesome is that she has still has so much potential to improve, wait and see. I predict a top 5 finish by next year. Great job Brooke, CFES will be proud to have you rep our team in the Regional Affiliate competition in May.
