Coach Aaron taking the group though some push jerk progressions and teaching them to fight for better overhead position.  This group from Saturday morning moved really well on thier push jerks.  The push jerk, like all the Olympic lift variants, is a very challenging symphony of movement.  Progressions of drills are the key to learning these movements.  I was impressed with Aaron’s ability to use teaching progressions and get this group moving really well.
