*Use your own body weight on the bar for Rx. If you think this is ridiculous, see the video below of 14 year old Kalista Papas doing this at last year's CrossFit Games.
Jeanne Banks killed it on the Tabata L-Sits yesterday. If you haven't tried L-Sits give them a whirl once. Unless your unusually strong in the core and flexible in your hammys this will be a humbling experience. Looks like the yoga is paying off Jeanne.

This is one of the most inspirational moments in CrossFit history. Kalista Papas, a 14 year old at the time, in the final event of the 2008 CrossFit Games. The event was Squat Clean and Jerk 100 lbs, 30 reps for time. She weighed 100 lbs at the time and prior to the event, 100 lbs was her best clean and jerk ever. The video starts off focused on Jolie Gentry, the winner of the 2007 Games. Kalista is in the background. Watch her fall down on rep #23 and get back up to finish. Amazing stuff.
