CFES Loves to Go Heavy

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
Weighted Push Up 3-3-3-3-3

Alternate between sets of deadlift and push ups, no timer, go when you feel ready.  Have a partner help put weights on the back of your shoulder blades and remove it when you're done.  For an extra challenge, do weighted ring dips in place of push ups.

Brian Nabeta had the best score of the day yesterday with 9 rounds + 10 thrusters.  He is 6'2" and still does not get below parallel when squatting to a dynamax medicine ball, he has relativley short legs for a tall guy.  Its time to lose the butt ball and start getting all the way down.  It is actually worse for your joints to do a limited range of motion squat than a full below parallel squat.
