Chris Michelmore, son of CFES member John Michelmore has been coaching swimming and CrossFit at San Jose State for the last 2 years. He recently opened his own CrossFit box, CrossFit Moxie. He is going to be having his grand opening party and an affiliate team competition on Saturday, November 7th starting at 10:00 AM. Let's all go out to support Chris and his new business and compete against all the teams from the Silicon Valley. The teams will be formed of 2 men and 2 women each. We can bring as many teams as we can get together and the WOD will be scaled for all levels. This is a great chance to head out and get involved in the CrossFit community and get some experience competing in a CrossFit event. Sign up on the whiteboard in the gym and we will form teams prior to the event.
