Brother Mike Kills The Level I Fitness Test from CrossFit East Sac on Vimeo.
Mike came in do perform the Level I test on Tuesday and killed almost everything. Mike has been making amazing progress and has lost over 50 pounds since starting three months ago. The only portion of the Level I test he couldn't pass was the pull up test, but I have 100% confidence that in another 3 months Broski Mike will be able to kill the pull up test, so we gave him a bye on this one.
This video shows the final portion of the test, the fitness test. Mike crushed it! Welcome to the Level 1 Program big guy. Keep kicking ass!
