Congrats to the finishers of the 1st CFES On-Ramp program. You all have done a great job and are ready to begin training in the foundations program. This is the 6AM group this morning, and the 6PM group was featured last Tuesday. The next two sessions for October are full and ready to begin. If you have friends that are ready to get started they will have to wait for the November sessions. Please tell them to get in early and get signed up. Many people waited until the last minute to try and sign up and we had to turn many away. Don't procrastinate, this place is blowing up!
Travis and I are off to Colorado to go lift and suffer CrossFit at 6000 feet. We both compete on Saturday. Travis will lift in the 77kg weight class beginning at 9:00 AM Colorado time and I will be lifting in the 85kg weight class around 2:00 PM. Remember that means 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM Pacific time.
