I have not made this stew yet, but will do so this coming weekend. The crock pot makes weekly meal prep pretty easy. Turn it on before you go to bed, and it’s ready in the morning. My wife and I have been eating great food the past month since we subscribed.

Yesterday, we made the other two that you posted- deep dish egg and the beef tenderloin – it was easy and nice to be set up for a few days. This one looks great, too. Thanks for postung these. I signed up, too. The pdf version of the recipes makes shopping really easy.
