CrossFit For Hope, Sorry For Late Notice

3 Rounds:
Max Dead Hang Pull Ups (Use band as needed to get 6-10 reps per set)
Max Hollow Rock
Max Strict Dip (Use Sling Shot or band as needed)

Tabata:
Air Squat
Toes 2 Bar
Box Jump 24/20″
Air Dyne


I must apologize that I did not get the word out on this sooner, or make a bigger deal out of this, but this Saturday is the 2nd annual CrossFit for Hope fundraiser benefiting St. Judes Children’s Hospital.  I was only aware of the event just over a week ago myself, and didn’t realize it was coming up so fast, but let’s make the most of it.

As many of you know, St. Judes is completely run off of donations and cost over a million dollars per day to operate.  Please consider making any donation you can afford and come in Saturday morning to class take part in the WOD.  You’re gonna do the WOD Saturday morning now anyway, so if you don’t donate something, you’re going to hell.

3 Rounds for Max Reps, 1 min each station:
Burpees
Power Snatch 75/53
Box Jump
Thruster 75/53
Chest to Bar Pull Up

Oddly enough we had planned to do Fight Gone Bad this Saturday without realizing Hope was this weekend.
