Tabata is an interval workout where each exercise is performed for :20 sec with a :10 second break 8 times in a row. Your score for each exercise is the worst of the 8 sets.
For our WOD today we will rest exactly 1 minute between each exercise and the rower will be scored by total calories accumulated during the 8 intervals divided by 8 and rounded down to the nearest integer, ie your average calories in 20 seconds. Score for the workout is the total of the worst set from each exercise plus your average cal from the row.
