"Fight Gone Bad!" crossfit sacramento

Three rounds of:
Wall Ball 20#-10"/12#-9'
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 75/55
Box Jump 20"
Push Press, 75/55
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

We can expect to see a lot of the above today.  Apology to Larry for posting in the pain pose again.  He is doing a phenomenal job at learning the technique and pushing himself to the limit.  I just keep getting great misery shots of him.  Gia checks on her hubby Roger to make sure he is still breathing.  Good work Roge, way to end up on the floor.
