PVC perfection.  New member Jeanie Hoatson performs an fantastic overhead squats during her fundamentals training.  If you all can manage to make your squats today look like this one you are going to have a much easier WOD done in a much faster time.  Overhead squatting is all about getting setup and positioned correctly.  Find your grip width with pass throughs.  Once you have established the correct grip width, be consistent and grab your barbell in the exact same place every time.  Once the barbell is over head, activate your shoulders and take a second to setup your feet in the proper squat stance, then go deep.  If your hands or feet are off by an inch, your shoulders are lazy, or you get on those toes, you are screwed.  The lift will feel and look like shit.  If you get setup properly and stay balanced on those heels, it will look and feel awesome.  Lifting shoes will be a huge advantage on this one.
