Some of you, especially the 6 AM crew know Charlie Zamora of Warriorz Health and Fitness who does WODs with us in the mornings. He is putting on a competition/health and wellness fair/charity event tomorrow at his place in Elk Grove. I apologize for the late notice on the event, but better late than never. The competition will have individual and team events. Teams must be composed of 2 men and 2 women. Athlete check-in will start at 8:00. The donation amount for individuals is $40 and for a team is $200 total, with proceeds benefiting the Elk Grove Food Bank. The WODs are going to be performed with minimal equipment, so nothing heavy ;-( but it will still be a good test of overall fitness, a great couple of workouts, and another chance to test yourself competing in an organized event.
