Kailee Nabeta demonstrates excellent form and mobility on the thruster. Young athletes have excellent mobility and if trained to perform functional movements early on, they will never face the challenges that many of us do learning these movements later on in life. Kailee is 10 years old and is an excellent young athlete. By adding CrossFit to her swimming regimen, she has a tremendous edge over others her age.
I don't want to speak too soon, but knowing the genetics and competitive atmosphere that this one comes from, we may very well be looking at a future Olympian here.
