This video is a bit long, but I wanted to throw out a shout out to Ruth and John, our masters who competed in the first ever official Masters CrossFit Games almost 4 years ago. The tradition lives on!!!
Masters Open Round 2
We have 7 masters athletes who qualified in the top 200 in the world in their respective age groups and will be competing in round 2 of the CrossFit Open, which begins this Thursday night and ends on Sunday evening.

This Thursday evening, 4 more Open WODs will be released and the masters competitors will have 4 days to complete the WODs and have them filmed for video review. The top 20 in the world will be invited to compete in the games.
Please try to take the time to cheer these guys on, as their Open competition is still raging on! There will be a group of masters meeting this Friday at 8am to start doing the WODs. If you can be there, BE THERE!

NorCal Regionals
CrossFit East Sac has qualified a team for regionals again this year placing 19th out of the 207 registered teams in NorCal. The top 30 teams will be throwing down at San Jose State University from Friday May 30th – Sunday June 1.
The team consists of the following athletes:

Brian Brooks
This will be our 6th CrossFit Games season competing as a team, and we would love your support if you can make the trip. Come down for the whole comp or just make a day trip out of it. Team members remember that check-ins are always the day before, so plan on being in San Jose early afternoon on Thursday.
