5 Hang Power Clean & Jerk 165/105
Once you pick up the bar for a set of hang power clean & jerk, you may not set it down until all 5 reps are done. You may rest with the bar in the hang position, the front rack, or overhead as long as needed, but each time you set it back on the floor mid set you must perform 10 burpees before going on.
