Nothing unusual going on here.  Just a bunch of upsidedown people doing push ups.  Remember is you're struggling with your body awareness and or body weight strength, hit up FlaxNasty with Amber on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 as well as Wednesday evenings at 5.  Get used to being upsidedown and you will become a better athete.
