A few of us went out to the middle of nowhere and got some testosterone out with some fire arms. We met up with some of the guys from CrossFit Placer. No working out, just target shooting. Pumpkins, melons and trap were our victims. I don't know what it is about shooting guns that is so satisfying, but if you have never been, I recommend you go sometime.
