Nothing is good for the grip strength like a good old farmers walk.  It was funny to watch people start off walking very slow and to see them speed walking the second half.

Check out this youtube video of Greg Admuson doing G.I. Jane.  This guy is one of the toughest CrossFit athletes ever.
