"12 Days of Christmas"
1 Clean and Jerk
2 Deadlifts
3 DB Thrusters
4 Burpee Box Jumps
5 HSPU
6 KB Swings
7 C2B Pullups
8 Ring Dips
9 OH Walking Med Ball Lunges
10 Toes to Bar
11 Med Ball Cleans
12 Front Squats

Format: Start with 1 Clean and Jerk. Then do 2 Deadlifts, 1 Clean and Jerk. Then do 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Deadlifts, 1 Clean and Jerk. Continue this until all 12 rounds are complete. Yes, this should take a long time.

Classes are combined today. 8:30AM and 10AM. We will group up, set up, and chip away at this beast of a workout. Afterward, go enjoy the holiday and not feel guilty about eating whatever you want. That's what I'm going to do.
