Here is another one of my supplement/product plugs. I really feel like this product works for me and I know others at the gym use it as well.

From nuun.com:
“An estimated 75 percent of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Dehydration most often occurs when you do not drink enough water nor regularly enough. On a day-to-day basis, most people won’t realize they are dehydrated until they start to feel the symptoms and by this time, the damage of dehydration has already set in. Dehydration can result in muscle fatigue, cramps, headaches, dizziness, nausea, decreased performance level, and rapid heart rate.” (I find that dehydration causes longer durations of soreness as well as decreased mobility)

A couple keys for hydration:
-Drink water throughout the day (duh)
-Drink half your bodyweight in ounces (I.E. 150lbs = 75 ounces/day)
-If you sweat/workout add an extra 16 ounces for that day
-Put Nuun tablets in your water to hydrate more efficiently (buy here).
-If you don’t have Nuun tablets, at least put a pinch of sea salt in your water (gotta get those electrolytes back in you)

    I’m constantly drinking water, but drink a lot of coffe too…..and I sweat A LOT…..like that freak in afternoon GPP that has to change his shirt after warm up. I was feeling dehydrated all the time til started using this stuff a couple months ago. Huge difference. Feel better all around and noticed a big difference in energy level too.
