Who Will Be The Biggest Jerk Today?

***I know there are more than a handful of us planning to head to CF Redding tomorrow for the Movement and Mobility Certification.  We plan on meeting at 6:00 AM and forming carpools.  Its about a 2 1/2 hour drive, so get your Starbucks on the way and lets hit the road.  Also, there is usually a lunch break at these things, so if you bring food we might be able to squeeze in a WOD at lunch… I'm hoping.***

Jerk 5-5-5-3-3-3

AMRAP 6 Minutes:
3 DB Deadlift 45's/30's
3 DB Hang Power Clean 45's/30's
3 DB Thruster 45's/30's
