Did a training session with Kate W yesterday to work on running form, and kipping pull-ups. Kate made some good improvements in 40 minutes of skills and drills, then we put together a fun little WOD. For the workout she did 5 rounds of 2 tire flips, 200m run and 10 overhead squats. Kate is shown here on round 3 flipping the 380# tire. Fun session, next up intro to the snatch.
