Sorry for the lated post upon waking up, I found that the server once again was not saving posts and down. So here is the 2nd attemp at launching a post. Learned the hard way the first time to cut and past my post to an email doc and have it saved. So this time it won't be that bad.
This Saturday, I will be hosting a Level 1 PREP CLASS. Q and A's, a mock test. See where you stand, what you might need to work on and potentially set up your test. The times will be 9am to 10:30 and you must comment on the blog to reserve your spot and bring 10 bucks to help buy the grub that will be supplied for an after class brunch held at CFES. I would like a headcount by this afternoon so I can order the correct amount of food. We will be done and have eaten by 11 so set aside 2 hours for a good time and a little brunch and we will go home fat and happy.
Travis is always ON! So dedicated when he attended the Crossfit Games in Dubai!
