In Partners,
4 Rounds Each For Time:
10 Burpee Pull Ups
15 Push Press
20 Box Jumps
Take turns doing rounds until each partner has done 4 rounds. If you are using a band for pull ups, do 10 burpees then 10 pull ups. For push press, do not use a rack and use 65-70% of your total DB weight on the bar. So if you shoulder press the 100# DBs for 6 reps, then 100+100=200 and 200 x .7=140 on the bar. Rx box height is 20″ but if you cannot do all 20 in a row, pick a lower height that allows you to go FAST!
The Caffeine and Kilos Invitational 2013 is now open for registration! There are 3 divisions: Rx, Scaled, and Masters. Each division has a LIMITED number of spots. This first class team event will feature teams of 4 (2 females, 2 males) and is taking place in the 72,000 sq ft Jackson Sports Academy Facility. There will be REAL bathrooms, VIP rooms, vendors, a children’s play area, the biggest private weightlifting meet in the US, along side a premier CF style team comp! We will also be having free WIFI set in the building for everyone and don’t forget to bring your dog along for the show because its a pet friendly facility!
