WOD 1: Heavy 200m DIABLO SLED OR Prowler Push + 50 Sledgehammer Strikes For Time
WOD 2: 400m Home Depot Water Bucket Farmer's Carry For Time
WOD 3: 3 Minutes For Max Reps At Each Station, No Rest Between Station:
1. Sandbag Over the Wall (80/50#) + Burpee + Wall Climb – All 3 Equal 1 Rep
2. Virtual Shovel Over Parallette (45/25#) – Left,Right = 1 Rep
