Run, Swing, Pull up.  One of the most elegant workouts combining
metabolic conditioning, weightlifting, and gymnastics into one
workout.  This is the essence of CrossFit.  A fast time in this workout
is an excellent indication your fitness ability.  If someone smokes you at Helen today you can bet they are more fit than yourself.

From left to right:  Bert Polan makes the turn on a 400m run.  Julie Grenz gets the full extension of the kettlebell swing.  Loren Feil shows us how to finish the kipping pull up with a chin well over the bar.
