The only way to make it through the farmers walk is pure determination.  Your body wants you to stop so bad, but your mind knows you can push through.  It looks easy, but it really doesn't get much more miserable, and there isn't a whole lot more functional than carrying heavy things from point A to point B.  Great job by all on a tough metcon yesterday.
