Working Max (WM) = Previous WM +10lb
5 @ 65% WM
5 @ 75% WM
5+ @ 85% WM
This will be our 3rd cycle through the Wendler 5-3-1 program. There seems to be some confusion still regarding working max. Just to be clear, we add 10 pounds to the working max each cycle. So add 10 more whatever WM you used last time around and continue to use that WM throughout this entire cycle.
With a continuous clock:
2:00 Max Deadlifts
2:00 Max GHD Sit Ups
2:00 Max Handstand Push Ups
