Hey there!! I’m Kristen. I’m a 27 year old single lady ready to step up my athletic skills with CrossFit. I grew up in Auburn, CA and went to school at University of Colorado at Boulder… Go Buffs! Since then I’ve lived in sunny San Diego and San Francisco. I just moved to Sacramento in February for my new job as a Cardiovascular Research Nurse at Sutter Memorial Hospital.
I grew up playing a variety of sports including volleyball, softball and basketball and spent as much time as possible snowboarding in Tahoe. I enjoy running, biking, swimming, camping, wakeboarding… and the list goes on. Regarding fitness goals, I want to master double unders and kipping pull-ups ASAP… It’s driving me crazy that I suck at them! I also recently signed up for an Olympic distance triathlon and would like to do a Half Ironman in the next couple years. I’ve loved my experience with CrossFit so far and am looking forward to meeting all of you!!
