So what is this movement called? Whatever it is, please don't do it at the gym. A mere mortal's back would be on a one way trip to snap city. I'm not sure what Lene's secret is, but there must be something to this one workout a month system.

    That move seems consistent with Travis saying, ‘You should drop poop on the floor before you drop the barbell.’ Anything to get the lift, right?
    We can rename this the Lene No-handed Assisted Back Squat.

    Steve pointed out this morning that you will be rowing about 120 miles. Thats about 30 miles more than Cuba to the Keys.

    Sadly, I don’t care about my fellow man enough to row 200k. Might do 100k if I really really hated myself and everyone in a a five mile radius.
