Working Max (WM) = 90% of 1 RM
5 @ 65% WM
5 @ 75% WM
5+ @ 85% WM

*For Leaderboard, use the product of the weight lifted on your final set and the number of reps. So if you lifted 185lbs for 8 reps, your score is 185×8=1480. Put your working max, the weight lifted on the last set, and the number of reps of the last set to your notes section.

The 6:00 PM On-Rampers mixing the infamous wall ball with the classic push up.  Both the moring and evening On-Ramps are chalked full of srtong athletes right now.  2 more weeks left for these guys before they move on to the foundations group.

The November group On-Ramp has only 1 slot available before it is full.  If you are interested you will need to contact us today.  If you miss the group On-Ramp for November, you can get on the wait list for December, or schedule a private On-Ramp.
