In Teams of 2 Perform Each Couplet In The Following Order For Time:

100 Double Unders
100 Push Press 75/53 (No Racks)

75 Hip Extensions
75 Knees To Elbows

50 Burpees
50 Box Jumps 28"/24"

25 Handstand Push Ups
25 L-Pull Ups

*Both partners may work at the same time but only on different exercises.  When one exercise of a couplet is finished, only one partner at a time an work to finish the reps on the remaining exercise before advancing to the next couplet.

The suffering yesterday was overwhelmingly fantastic.  This level of suffering causes fantastic results.  All in a day's work. Man I love this job.
