This is Amy feeling it after yesterdays WOD. This is her second week here and she is doing great! If you see someone at the gym that you don't know, introduce yourself! This place is all about suffering together and building a strong community. It can be intimidating just starting out so make an effort to help the new members feel welcome in our box. Any advice you can throw their way would be really great. After fundamentals these individuals are thrown into group WODs and a lot of the movements we do are foreign to them at the beginning. Teaching them how to do the samson stretch, pass-throughs or leg swings are a great way to help them feel part of this community. Its takes a whole village to raise a child!
