For those of you who don’t know, SHT is our acronym for stupid human tricks.  We used, or I should say some of used to, have SHT wars on Fridays.  Just hanging out at the gym after a WOD, or during, and attempting to perform tricks and stunts.

I saw Kelly do this last week, and made her do it for the camera yesterday.  You may have already seen the splits pic on FB yesterday, but you didn’t get to see this.

It is Friday, so pull off your biggest stunt today.  And remember if you don’t film it, it never happened.
