Many of the exercises performed in CrossFit are highly technique dependent.  If you are going to get better, the positions, timing and sequence of movements must be drilled constantly.  Here one of the morning classes works on various positions of the squat clean.  If you are new and are feeling overwhelmed by some of these movements, keep in mind that most of the people you see here hitting big lifts with beautiful technique have been working on this stuff for about a year now.  Do not get down on yourself or give up, we were all in your shoes at one point.
