Alternating Tabata:
Deadlift 250/163
L-Pull Up

Alternate between 20 seconds of Deadlift with a 10 second break and 20 seconds of L-Pull Ups with a 10 second rest.  Score total Deadlifts and total L-Pull Ups.

As a group, we have lost our A in Nutrition.  Keep working hard everyone!  The benefits of proper nutrition are well worth the inconvenience.  Some of you have told us that you have lost 8-10 lbs already.  There have been many reports of better energy level, better sleep, feeling more alert during the day, and feeling better during WODs.  Most are saying that they are starting to adjust to the Zone and are not feeling hungry between meals or craving bad foods as much.

It was great hanging out with all of you Saturday night.  With the exception of a few rope climbs, kipping pull ups and, handstands, ring inversions, various muscle up attempts, and some dancing on plyo-boxes, there was little physical exertion.  It was nice to kick back and just hang out.
