10 Rounds for Max Reps of:
:30 Seconds Deadlift 225/135
:30 Seconds Double Unders
:30 Seconds Rest

*Deadlift only what you can lift with beautifully neutral lumbar spine.  If neutral spine cannot be maintained, take weight off the bar and continue.  Score total reps, double unders = 1/3 points.
