Lunge 200m For Time
*Start with 5 burpees, and do 5 burpees every minute until you finish.
**Please do not bang your knees into the asphalt for 200m, not a good plan.

2011-08-04 14.43.08 The platforms are set and ready for a big day of lifting.  Come out and support Olga, Jen R, and the P bros in their debut in their first USAW Olympic lifting meet.  If everything stays on schedule, all our athletes will be lifting at 12 and should be done by 2.  Come on out to Sac High and support our lifters.

Picture 1 We also have 2 teams entering the Solano Summer Slam at CF Solano.  Harlan, Brooks, Ashley, and Sarah W are on one team.  Matt B, Trey, Sabrina, and Sarah C. are on the other team.  This stage is set to be a full day of brutal WODs including rope climbing, stone lifting, snatches, and weighted running.  I hope you all will make the short drive over to CF Solano and cheer on our teams.
