Cindy Variation For Points
10 Minutes For Points:
5 Push Ups = 1 Point
5 Pull Ups = 1 Point
10 Squats = 1 Point
Athletes will be partnered up and the WOD will be run in two shifts. One partner will keep score while the other does the WOD and then they will switch. You may change exercises as often and in any order you want, but you must complete full points on each exercise before changing to another.
We have been working hard to eliminate the early arm pull this week with great success! Lance was nailing it on his hang squat cleans yesterday. In this picture he demonstrates the full finish position. Full extension of the entire body followed by an aggressive pull under the bar to a full squat. Notice Lance's arms are slightly bent. He actually finished extension with completely straight arms and is seen here beginning his pull under the bar (the third pull of an Olympic lift). If this picture was taken 1/100th of a second earlier you would see his arms as straight as ropes under tension. Great job Lance.
