After some instruction on the deadlift with Coach Harlan, there were some really good looking lifts in the foundations class last night. Stacy is in the upper right with a 173. Alla and Laura on the bottom with 153. Even though these gals would tell you the weights felt heavy, from a coaches eye, they were able to make these lifts with easy and with great form. Nice work ladies, I can see those bars starting to bend a little. Remember those numbers and be ready for PR’s next time around!
