5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Clean
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
5 Back Squat

Use a weight that will be challenging you on your weakest movement in the sequence. Hint, there are 10 deep squats per round.  For men's Rx use 115 and for women 70.

Chad is a MONSTER!  He got up 215 (5 lbs less than Chad's current body weight) for a strict press last night and took the top spot on the wall of fame.  All we could do was stand back and watch in awe.

This video from CrossFit.com has a great tip on grip.  This tip appiles to pull ups as well as barbell exercises.
