Rachele Kelly is back! (no pun) For those of you who don't know, Rachele shattered a vertebrae in a horse riding accident back in January and had to have some serious lag bolts put her spine in to hold everything together. Here we are 7 months post surgery, and its time to start rebuilding functional movements. Rachele has avidly worked on her flexibility in her time away which equated to a beautiful overhead squat on day one.
